70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc

An aroma of ripe blueberry blackberry and violets, savoury notes of cured meat, exotic spice and clove and dried herbs de Provence.
This Chardonnay is a lightly oaked wine. Showing ripe peach and stonefruit aromas with hints of nougat and Grapefruit.
This Hawke’s Bay Sauvignon Blanc is a youthful wine with fine acidity and length.
This Rose is a great summertime wine, succulent and refreshing drinking with aromas of plum blossom and raspberry sorbet.
Made in only the very best of vintages. A Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend with Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The winemaking team at Paritua have one simple aim, to have 21·12 placed alongside the greatest Bordeaux Blends New Zealand has ever produced.
The wines are made from very low yielding vines from specially selected areas of the vineyard. The grapes are hand harvested and only the very best quality fruit is used to make these wines.
